dstelecom has just upgraded its fibre optic network capacity in Alfândega da Fé, in an operation that has brought state-of-the-art broadband services to 98% of the municipality.

This operation marks a true digital transformation in the municipality. Until now, only four locations had fibre optic coverage. With the connection of 2,100 new homes, the infrastructure now covers all parishes, reaching practically the entire municipal territory.

dstelecom's fibre optic network provides access to competitive internet and television services, giving residents the freedom to choose between the main operators operating in Portugal. This flexibility favours offers that are better suited to the needs of each family and contributes to more competitive prices.

Residents can now check the availability of fibre coverage by providing their address and, ideally, GPS coordinates or a reference point, by emailing euquerofibra@dstelecom.pt or calling the freephone number 800 910 660.
