In Vila Flor since 2014, dstelecom has just reinforced the capacity of its fibre optic network in the municipality, which will allow the localities of Benlhevai, Trindade, Vale Frechoso and Mourão to have access to high-speed internet.

Valtorno, where the infrastructure already existed, has also been upgraded. With this initiative, around 750 new homes will be covered by the dstelecom network. In total, more than 3,800 families in the municipality will be able to enjoy a fast and stable internet connection, comparable to that available in large urban centres.

Residents of these locations can now check the availability of fiber coverage by providing their address and, ideally, GPS coordinates or a reference point, by emailing euquerofibra@dstelecom.pt or calling 800 910 660.
