Operational Planning Technician

What will you do?

· Analyze and plan work activities, ensuring deadlines, technical requirements and cost control;

· Guarantee the availability of materials, equipment, and tools for work execution;

· Provide remote technical support to field teams;

· Monitor service quality in line with company and customer standards;

· Resolve operational issues and contribute to improving customer experience;

· Prepare and present regular performance reports.

What are we looking for?

· Mandatory minimum education level;

· Experience and knowledge in the telecommunications area, especially Fiber Optic Networks (valued);

· Good level of English;

· Residence in the Braga area (preferred);

· Strong communication skills and team spirit;

· Proactivity, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience;
