With our feet already in 2024, it's time to remember the best of the past year.
In 2023, we reinforced our commitment on land and took the first steps to reach space and the bottom of the sea. We weren’t even halfway through the year when we surpassed the goal of 250,000 families connected to our network and closed the last quarter with more than 800,000 homes covered, in more than half of the municipalities of São Paulo.
In the field of innovation, we successfully completed several challenges, including the installation of a sensor-equipped submarine cable, the development of a satellite, an edge computing system, and a joint that is already reducing waste in our operation
In the ESG area, we joined the Science Based Targets Initiative, signed the BCSD Charter of Principles, and achieved a remarkable 5th place in the GRESB Infrastructure Asset Benchmark Report 2023 ranking.
We also ranked 42nd on the list of the 200 Largest Technology Companies in Portugal and were certified with the Great Place to Work seal.
And because achievements are celebrated as a team, we promoted several Team Building events, the 16th State of the Nation, and the 5th edition of the Fibra D’Ouro awards.
The overall result is therefore very positive! Thank you to everyone who contributed to these achievements and joined us in their celebrations!
