What will you do?

  • Provide remote support to Customer Network Technicians, assisting in resolving issues during field interventions;
  • Monitor compliance with the SLAs established with operators, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met rigorously;
  • Monitor and analyse operational processes, identifying failures and improvement opportunities, actively contributing to their optimisation;
  • Coordinate with different company departments and external operators, ensuring efficient communication and excellent service delivery.

What are we looking for?

  • Mandatory minimum education level;
  • Experience and knowledge in the telecommunications area, especially Fiber Optic Networks (valued);
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Good knowledge of English (valued);
  • Availability to work on Saturdays, whenever necessary;
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit;
  • Proactivity, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience;
  • Determination and commitment to achieving objectives.
