- Provide remote support to Customer Network Technicians, assisting in resolving issues during field interventions;
- Monitor compliance with the SLAs established with operators, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met rigorously;
- Monitor and analyse operational processes, identifying failures and improvement opportunities, actively contributing to their optimisation;
- Coordinate with different company departments and external operators, ensuring efficient communication and excellent service delivery.
What are we looking for?
- Mandatory minimum education level;
- Experience and knowledge in the telecommunications area, especially Fiber Optic Networks (valued);
- Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Good knowledge of English (valued);
- Availability to work on Saturdays, whenever necessary;
- Strong communication skills and team spirit;
- Proactivity, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience;
- Determination and commitment to achieving objectives.
