Operational Planning Technician

What will you do?

• Analyze and plan work activities, ensuring deadlines, technical requirements and cost control;
• Guarantee the availability of materials, equipment, and tools for work execution;
• Provide remote technical support to field teams;
• Monitor service quality in line with company and customer standards;
• Resolve operational issues and contribute to improving customer experience;
• Prepare and present regular performance reports.

What are we looking for?

• Mandatory minimum education level;
• Experience and knowledge in the telecommunications area, especially Fiber Optic Networks (valued);
• Good level of English;
• Residence in the Braga area (preferred);
• Strong communication skills and team spirit;
• Proactivity, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience;
• Determination and commitment to achieving objectives.
