What will you do?

Lead a field team, allocating the necessary resources and equipment to ensure tasks are completed within the defined deadlines and according to the production plan;
Prepare and organize the materials and tools required for field interventions, ensuring their proper use and maintenance;
Collaborate with other technical teams and control centers, promoting effective communication and the timely resolution of incidents;
Support stock management by reporting material replenishment needs and contributing to inventory control;
Facilitate communication between field teams and control centers, ensuring effective coordination of on-site activities.

Mandatory minimum education level;
At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in Fiber Optic Networks (preferred);
Valid driving license (mandatory);
Preferably resident in the area you are applying for;
Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit;
Sense of responsibility, proactivity, flexibility, and resilience;
Good interpersonal skills;
