Operational Control Technician

What will you do?

• Analyze and manage processes related to productivity incentives and customer network availability;
• Analyze penalties, SLAs, and operator billing, ensuring compliance with established criteria and agreements;
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies, including additional or incorrect billing;
• Prepare and follow up on disputes with operators, ensuring that cases are properly assessed and handled;
• Liaise with operators, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth management and execution of processes;
• Ensure compliance with procedures, schedules, and requirements defined by the customer;
• Contribute to service quality and customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient operational follow-up;
• Support the management of customer and end-customer expectations, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and the execution of activities.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum required level of education;
• At least 2 years of experience in operational or similar roles;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level);
• English language skills (preferred);
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills;
• Problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
• Proactivity, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
