Dstelecom has just expanded its fiber optic network in the municipality of Montalegre, providing coverage to a further 1,300 new homes via its multi-operator infrastructure
This development strengthens coverage in the parish of Chã and extends the network, for the first time, to the parishes of Salto, Santo André and Meixede, enabling more families to access fiber optic telecommunications services.
Following this intervention, the dstelecom network now covers a total of around 9,500 homes in Montalegre, representing over 87 per cent coverage in the municipality. This development strengthens the company’s presence in the area and helps to expand access to fast, stable connections capable of meeting households’ growing connectivity needs.
