The title is the result of an anonymous survey that assesses the organisational climate and measures employee satisfaction levels. In the case of dstelecom, the survey was conducted among more than 200 people and the result was significant: 94% of employees consider dstelecom a Great Place to Work, a figure higher than the average of 83% obtained among the companies surveyed in 2022.
