dstelecom has signed the Carta às Empresas do Futuro (Letter to the Companies of the Future), an initiative promoted by the Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCSD) Portugal that brings together companies committed to a more sustainable, responsible, and collaborative future.
Developed as part of BCSD Portugal’s 25th-anniversary celebrations, the Charter aims to leave a legacy for the companies of 2050 regarding how today’s organizations view sustainability challenges and their role in transforming the economy and society.
Designed collaboratively by BCSD Portugal’s member companies, the initiative highlights responsible leadership, cooperation, and the creation of sustainable value as fundamental pillars for the competitiveness and resilience of organizations in the coming decades.
The Charter also represents the first step toward Vision 2050, an initiative that seeks to anticipate trends, identify risks and opportunities, and mobilize the business community to build a more resilient economy that is prepared for the challenges of the future.
